Configure Mozilla Thunderbird 1.0 to send mails from your aegee.org address

  1. From the menu choose Tools -> Account Settings....

  2. In the left panel, click on Your normal account, and as E-mail Address enter your aegee.org address,e.g. Ivan.Vasov@aegee.org.
  3. In the left panel, click Outgoing Server (SMTP), in the Server Name: field type smtp.aegee.org. Once you check the Use name and password box, type in the "User Name" field your aegee.org account, including the spaces and followed by @aegee.org, e.g. Ivan Vasov@aegee.org. At the end select SSL and click OK.
  4. The first time you send e-mail, you will be asked to validate the certificate and your aegee.org password will be requested.
